CMH Contract Management supports attorneys and law firms by drafting probate documents for Independent Administrations and Muniments of Title. Our goal is to prepare the Application to Probate Will within 1 week of receiving your case. The remaining prove-up documents will be prepared within 1 week after the Application is filed.

Our Probate Services are billed at a flat fee rate of $500 per case, plus mileage. Extra Probate Services are billed at an hourly rate of $75 per hour.
