We offer several different levels of administrative and paralegal support. Task, project and monthly service plans are available. What this means to you is that you don’t have to agree to anything that doesn’t apply to your business. Our support for your firm will be customized to your needs, so you’re not paying for any services you don’t need.
Billing Options for Services:
- 20 hour, 30 hour and/or 40 hour retainers are available.
- Monthly Service Plans are available.
- Estate Planning and certain Probate Services are available for a flat fee.
- Evening, weekend and “emergency” services may be available upon request; however, these requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Evening, weekend and emergency services will be billed at an hourly rate of $125 per hour.
Payment Terms:
- Retainer payments are due in full before commencement of work. Your prepaid retainer ensures our availability for a minimum level of service per month. If you exceed the minimum, you will be billed for additional time used. If you do not use the minimum level of service, you DO NOT get rollover hours to use another time.
- Initial Monthly Service Plan payment is due in full before commencement of work. Subsequent Monthly Service Plan payments are due on the last business day of the month. Monthly Service Plan rates are based on the scope of services set out in the plan.
- Flat Fee payments are due in full before commencement of work.
